BY SUBMITTING AN ORDER AND ALLOWING US TO PICK-UP/DELIVER
YOUR LAUNDRY, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

LAUNDRIVERY is an on-demand and/or weekly,by-weekly laundry delivery service that allows users to schedule or request on-demand pick-up/drop-off using the LAUNDRIVERY website/ mobile application. After submitting your order, LAUNDRIVERY or a third party (independent contractor) working with LAUNDRIVERY will collect your cloth, deliver it to one of the top notch laundry facilities available in your surrounding area.
LAUNDRIVERY charges a minimum order price/weight, disclosed in the partners&pricing list. Pricing and minimum order price/weight may change from laundromat to another & from time to time. LAUNDRIVERY provides Free Delivery in a 6 Miles radius from each partner laundromat. LAUNDRIVERY reserves the right to charge additional Per Mile fee for orders outside the specified radius.
PICK-UP & DELIVERY
LAUNDRIVERY provides contactless pick-up/delivery. However, LAUNDRIVERY is not responsible for missing items picked up/ dropped off in an insecure/ unattended location.
Lost, Loose, Damaged Items
Lost items must be reported within 48 hours of drop-off. LAUNDRIVERY and its partner laundromats make their best reasonable effort to track every item that was processed. However, nor LAUNDRIVERY nor its partner laundromats are responsible for any missing item reported after this period.
Although, we and our partner laundromats try as hard as possible to track such items, we are not responsible for loose items in clothes or laundry bags (i.e cash, jewelry, watches, belts, documents etc..). We request that customers empty and check pockets before putting laundry for pick-up. We also can not be held responsible for any damage caused by items left in pockets (i.e. Gum, Make-up, pen etc...).
LAUNDRIVERY and its partner laundromats exercise utmost care in cleaning,processing and delivering garments entrusted to us and use such processes, which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, shrinkage, or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.
LAUNDRIVERY liability with respect to any damaged item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.
LAUNDRIVERY will not be responsible for any reparation beyond $100.00, even if the order costs over $10.00 to process. Any single item will not be valued beyond $30.00 for reimbursement.
LAUNDRIVERY and it's laundry partners use the commercial standard soap and wash & fold products, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions experienced by customers. If a customer has any, or experience any allergic reaction they are required to provide LAUNDRIVERY and it's laundry partners with their own approved soap or any wash & fold products required for their condition.
Service pick-up and drop-off times are as follows: We pick up and deliver Monday through Friday, Saturday is only for drop-off. Pick up is performed between 9am and 6pm on your scheduled pick up day. It is your responsibility to have your items out and ready by 9am. We reserve the right to assess a fee for a pick up that is not canceled within 24 hours of the pick up date. Delivery will be completed by 6pm during 48 hours after pick-up.
LAUNDRIVERY will make its best reasonable effort to adhere to our service schedule, however, we do not guarantee turnaround times and assume no responsibility for any inconvenience that may occur due to a delay in service.
